Help me to fix Below

Hi i brought new Hantek 6074BE Scope But trigger is Jittering and go crazy here is the the Video--
Crazy trigger
Please download above and unzip it then Click on Crazy trigger.htm 1KB file it will Play on your web browser...

Also some channels show random Noise so i cant use Amp Clamp

Please download above and unzip it then Click on Random noise 3.htm 1KB file it will Play on your web browser...

my Scope Serial no is 641004141
Please tell me if my scope is Original..?

About the noise, it should be the hardware fault.
About the trigger, the frequency of your waveform is fixed or variable？
