Sir, please try to use SST5912 to replace.
You can purchase it on ebay or amazon.

Sir, did you do self calibration after you replace the chip?
If not, please disconnect and probe and cable to the input connectors, power on and wait for 30 minites.
Now start self calibration.
After that, if the problem exists, please let me know.
