Hello:
I have a DSO-5202b SN 22*** HW1.01 and the buttons do not work and the signal does not appear on the screen.
The source voltages are fine, reprogram the nand flash backup and it remains the same.
Do you have any idea what it can be?
Thank you.

I'm going to buy it and I'll tell you.
It will take me a month to come.

Hello:
I put a YouTube video of a boy who has exactly the same problem that I do the same does not pay attention to the buttons or the yellow signal.
If I remove the 100mhz crystal, the buttons make some case.
Sorry for my English.
I am Spanish.

If the problem is the same the YouTube video.
Maybe the chip (U702) is fault. The model of the chip is EPM240T100C5. And it need to be burned CPLD program.

Go, then to throw the oscilloscope, to get the software will be impossible.
I put a new crystal of 100 MHZ and nothing remains the same.
Without glass the buttons obey something.
With a 50MHZ crystal it worked for about 2 minutes and then it locked again.
I have ordered an EPM240T100C5.
To continue repairing.
I do not know where to get the software for the EPM240T100C5
Greetings and thank you.

Sir, we can send the software for the EPM240T100C5. But need an expensive tool to program the CPLD software.
You can consult with your seller to return factory for repair or repalce it.
