Hantek6022BE Service call

Hello

This is chandrakant from Bangalore, India.

Recently i have purchased Hantek6022BE (Serial No. 681057079) about one month back. Now it is not showing signal more than 5V (Saturating at 5V Max. )

Request you to provide technical support to resolve this issue on priority.

The maximum measurement vlotage of Hantek6022BE is +/-5V (without external attenuation). If the input voltage is greater than +/-5V, greater than 5V signal will be cut off.
You can use the probe with 10× attenuation to test.
