DSO 4072C USB Connection Problem

I have the same problem with my DSO4102C.

It is workin with TTScope, but doen;t with keysight SW.

I changed drivers many times - without results.

I use Win7 64 bit

Where the problem is?

This product is not developed based on SCPI protocol.

And short last question: which series of oscilloscopes and combo units support SCPI?
