Good day!

I have recentry bought the Hantek DSO4102S, and i have notice that in some cases the machine is rebooted by itself.

I wanted to ask if there are updates available and where I can download them.

SW Version : 3.50.0 (170316.0)
Serial N. : T1G/048 002947

Sir, please download the firmware on our official website: http://hantek.com/en/ProductDetail_3_4163.html
It is the same as DSO4000C serial.

If the problem exists, please give me your operateion steps and the settings before it reboot.

I have checked the official download page, but no firmware available fo the DSO4000C series.
I see only firmware for:
DSO4102C
DSO4202C
DSO4072C
Maybe one of these is compatible with the DSO4102S ?

Sir, The DSO4102C is the same as DSO4102S.
