We recently purchased your Hantek DSO8060 oscilloscope but cannot get it installed to our computer system. We ran the installation from the provided CD. The USB connection is not being recognized by the computer as if the driver is not being installed. This is a windows 10 Pro OS. Please respond with any information that may help us resolve this problem.
