hello, I'm writing to you to ask for your help, buy a hantek dso5102p oscilloscope about a year, I just started it to make sure everything was fine, and then save it on a table, I stayed there for some 6 months, and now I I try to just listen to the engine and does nothing, I communicate with hantek and they sent me a manual to extract information through a usb to ttl converter, perform all the steps as indicated but in the secureCRT software interface that I sent nothing appears, attached photos of how it looks and the connection, see you later.
