Hantek 6022BE crashes in the xy mode

Hello,
i have similar Problems with my 6022 BL, when i select anything in the Control window the scope crashes and will restart.
This Problem is not everytime, when i select for example time/div 20ms the scope will restart
but when i select the same in the Main Menu on top it works,
When i select the TriggerVoltage it come the same Problem.
I have installed  the 1.05 Version from the offical Site and the Driver from here

for Win 10 Professional.
Do you have a Software that works correctly?

Sir, what is the model of your scope?
And when did you download the software? The software is updated at present.
Please download again to test.

Hello, ich have download and install the Software but the Problem is the same.
in the Video you can see the Problem.
