Is there any new firmware update for the DSO4102C. The only one I see on your site has a date of Jun 15th 2106. There’s some bugs in the current one so I’m hoping there’s a newer one out there I could obtain. I see that some of the other, similar models, do have newer firmware but I don’t know if that firmware would work on this model.

I uploaded the file 20200722181235_227151402.rar on a USP 16G and on a 1G but the effect is the same. The message I receive is error 0xfe - No upgrade files detected on USB device!
I have a DSO4102C brand new with sw version 3.50.0 (200410.0).
Please help...
