I have the problem that the device cannot be shutted down properly. I tried to follow the steps of 6.16 of the user manual, however, the device needed to be rebooted everytime when i turn on the device. I also tried to update the firmware but failed to update.
Do you have any suggestions to solve the problem?

Sir, first, please downlaod the firmware on our website: http://hantek.com/en/ProductDetail_1_18.html
Copy it into the USB stick. Insert into your scope and click "Utility->Update" to update the firmware.
Before update, ensure the format of the USB stick is FAT32.
The situation in Figure 2 appears, that may be the firmware file corrupted.,
Please download and copy again.
Make sure the file copy is completed and then unplug the USB stick.
