Hantek DSO5202P time of day clock

DSO5205P DSO running 3.40.0 (170318.0) firmware.

1. I cannot set the hour for the time of day clock to 0. It jumps from 23 to 1 while turning V0.
2. The time of day clock is not keeping good time. I think it is rolling over from 23 to 1, instead of 0, each day.
