Sir, the driver is not installed successfully.

Do you use win10 system?
If so, please download the driver in the following link:
http://eediscuss.com/forum.php?m ... tid=9012&extra=

And update the driver manually.

Hello all well

I installed the software and plugged the oscilloscope into the usb port, but windows did not recognize the device, so I installed the drive manually but it still does not recognize it.
My pc is an amd phenon ii x3 system
Windows 7 professional 64-bit operating system.
Obs. When I plugged the device into the usb ports, the led should not light up?

This is the message from windows
A device connected to usb has malfunctioned and windows does not recognize
In the device manager appears as unknown device, and under Properties it displays the following message:
Windows stopped this device because it encountered problems. (Code 43)

Sir, please right click a .sys file in the driver folder and open the properties. Select "digital signatures" and upload a screenshot as the following picture.
