DSO1060 dont startup

Hello Frends,
I have a problem with my DSO1060, when i press the power button scope tell Beep and after ~10sec turn off, on lcd no image. Charging work fine.
If i press Back button then F1,F2,F3,F4,F5 he turn on with 0,3Amp, on lcd no image, and after ~10sec turn off.
