Problem Hantek365F cannot read data

I just Buy Hantek 365F

install driver , and software.
it can connect to datalogger  (usb)

but no datashow  only show "E"

I can control the datalogger  ( i heard RELAY sound  when change mode).

I have try other computer  (windows 7 , Windows 10)  it is same result.  only show "E"

If can, please purchase a new chip and replace the integrated circuit on U20(FS9922-DMM4).
