Hantek MSO 5102D

I have buy this device some time ago but now I can't find new firmware for it anywhere.
My problem is that I can't trigger anything regarding rising or falling edge if I set to Logic Analyzer probe, on CH1 triggering works.
Is there firmware who could fix that? Also is there any better software for windows I could use because this one I have and found on hantek website is unusable.
