Does Hantek do Any repair at All....?????

Is Hantek aftersales realy so bad? Is am trying to get my scope repaired, for almost a year...... Do not answer with "contact seller" or whatever is the problemen or send a mail to service@hantek.com.cn........ Nobody is responding!

I am gettng worried. I send my DSO as you requested, i got a comfirmation that the DSO has arrived at your servicecenter.
What is the status of my repair after 4 months of communicating? do you have a track and trace number?
