Where are the correct Windows 10 drivers located for an old style USB DSO3204A (250Mhz, 1.4ns, 4 channel with no digital IO ports).  THe unit worked fine in Win 7 but when the computer was upgraded to Win 10, the USB drives apprear to no longer work.  The driver package for a DSO3000 was installed (including the IO package)  but did not correct the problem.

Thanks

Thank you for the link to the new drivers.

Are there any specific instructions to uninstall the old drivers and install the new ones?

I followed the instructions to remove the old driver.  During the process, No DSO driver showed up in the Device Manager.  I did remove the files from the windows inf and windows sys32 driver folders.  But the problem is still the same.  When I plug the 3204a USB cable into the computer, it chimes just like normal when you plug in a USB device but it does not ask for a new driver.  When you launch the application it can not see the 3204a and ask about running in demo mode.  From the time I upgraded to windows 10, the driver stopped showing up in Device Manager.  But when you plug in the 3204a, it chimes just like the driver is already installed.   How to I completely remove the old driver so that it will ask for the new one?

Purchase date was 4-27-2014 on ebay from one of your resellers.  The reseller is listed below.  The serial number on the white tag on the back is V42000152

I have also confirmed the device does show up in the "printers and devices" section of the control panel.  However when uninstall it and reinstall it, the new drivers still don't work.

I was able to get it working.  Key things to do:

Uninstall the driver from Control Panel / Devices and Printers. (it does not show up in Device Manager)
Uninstall the DSO3204 software
Follow the Hantek PDF on removing the files from Window/INF and Windows/Sys32/Drivers
Reinstall the DSO3204 sofware
Plug in the USB scope
Let the drivers install (it still won't work if you run the 3204 application)
Critical - then go and update the drivers in Control Panel / Devices and Printers  ensuring the update is pointed to the 2010 drivers provided by Hantek.

I would now seem to have a new problem.  The DC gain on all 4 channels appears to be broken.  I have run the calibration cycle many times.  I have tried it with a cold unit (just turned on) and a warm unit after 30 min under power.  No mater what I do, the 2v P-P reference wave is 5.8v p-p on all channels.  I have confirmed this with external voltage references at well.  The indicated voltage is about 3x of what is actually being measured.  It would appear the internal voltage reference used to calibrate the amplitude has failed.  The unit is just 2 years old with limited use.  I am not sure what the warranty is.  With the current failure, the unit is pretty much worthless.  What are my options?

Sir,
The device can work on Win7 normally?
When you do self calibration, do you input any signal to 4 channels? Please don't input any signal to try.
About the voltage measurement, please give us a short video to study.
