This is ali from ASiDesigner, I recently purchased an HDM3065B Digital Multimeter, but I encountered a bug. When I switch the device to AC voltage measurement mode, if the applied voltage exceeds approximately 200VAC, the display freezes and the meter becomes unresponsive and I should turn it off and on again to be able to use it. I suspect that there might be outdated firmware causing this issue. I was wondering if it's possible to obtain the latest firmware update and test whether it resolves the bug.
