Hantek 6254BC , Help Me

I purchased Hantech 6524BC.
I read the manual and installed the software..(1.2 Install Software)

The device is connected but there is no message.
So I can't install the driver.(1.3 Install Drive)

There is no indication in device manager either.

Run the software, A message box appears.(Search device)

When I press OK and run, the software runs but does not work.(bottom left : Search Device)
