DSO 5102p insensitive to signal and self cal failed at 2/32

hi.. I have an issue with my hantek DSO 5102p.  My DSO was working fine but suddenly it became insensitive  to any signal. DSO shows only a straight line ( For both Channels)
I updated the firmware but nothing  changed,  also i tried for self calibration , it stops at 2/38.

i have noticed one thing that is , none of the relays inside  the device are working,  Befor the DSO had this problem, i could hear the relay inside working when it was switched ON.
please give me a solution ...
