Give up my friend! hantek technical support is terrible, I had the misfortune of purchasing two hantek products Hantek DSO 2D15 and Hantek 6074BD, both purchased between 2023 and 2024, both stopped working after the update! I've already asked for help via email, on the forum and none of Hantek engineers helped. I've already searched the Forum and nothing, I've searched the website and nothing either, I've never seen a post-purchase support service anywhere in the world, as terrible as the Hantek support service. Anyway, if anyone is reading this post, I do not recommend purchasing Hantek products, if I get the correct technical support, and if my equipment works again, I will come back here and recant.
