Hello, my DSO after long storage has gotten stuck on the boot logo. I am able to go to the recovery menu. Tried option 1 reboot same result. Option 2 recovery failed. Option 3 also failed using latest firmware on a fat32 USB 4gb. I checked and changed the internal battery still no fix. Thankyou

Contact Hantek support at Support@hantek.com, but don't expect any fast answers, I got my first reply after nearly 4 weeks and even that I replied with additional information of my problem the same day it has now gone nearly 2 weeks without any reply from Hantek.
(You might have to send a mail a week to get their attention it seems.)
I don't know but it seems they just have a single poor soul that does the support who gets tones of work or they just really doesn't care about their customers. One could wish they had a Q & A for these things in a locked thread but you have to search the whole forum to get an answer.
At least this forums exists which is a good thing.

I have the same problem with my DSO5202P. Sent support an eMail but might have to hook it up to my PC via UART for a proper diagnosis.

Well, after a lot of searching, I learned from a technician I found on yt that this defect is related to the BIOS recorded on the device. It must have burned.
I'll have to send it to him to record a new one and replace it.
