Hi mates

I am working with hantek 3064 A VII oscilloscope. I bought before a year. Normally i am happy with this tool, but now it does not work anymore.

I connect hantek via usb. I hear windows tone for connecting, then for disconnecting, the for connecting again. I can see hantek in hardware manager.
When i open the hantek software, it does not start. When i disconnect usb, the programm starts, but when i connect hardware in started programm, it does not connect.

I tried on 3 laptops.

Do you have an idea ??
