DSO4104B boot stuck

Oscilloscope DSO4102B by Hantek, serial number CN2038001005281, not mine.
When I turned it on, it first displayed the Hantek QR code before freezing.
occasionally reach the recovery screen, but it always fails.

Pls, Help.

I don't understand that this problem is caused by software. Why is Hantek not available for customers like me to download?

Another issue is that I have no idea what email support (support@hantek.com) is for when I write an email but receive no reply.

This will be the last time I will purchase from Hantek and will no longer recommend it to my clients or as a consultant to other companies.
