4084C recover fails. Need recovery file.

Hello!

4084C does not boot (stuck at logo screen).
I tried using F2 for recovery, but recovery end with "Operation failed".
Please, give me the recovery file so i can try F3 (update recovery parition) and try F2 again.

It has SD CARD socket on PCB but no sd card is inserted. It is empty.

I have the same oscilloscope (DSO4084C) and exactly the same problem.
The problem was discovered recently. The oscilloscope was purchased in December 2019, although I worked with it for a small time.
