@Jing  replaced the crystal with a 4MHz 18pF one and am still experiencing the issue. I borrowed another multimeter and measured the two outer terminals of position 1 on the transformer in your earlier image and there was 0V across them. Why would a transformer be fed 3.5V DC voltage?

Hello, I have the same issue. Trying to measure the voltage of a 9V battery, yet the Hantek2D72 is just displaying 0L(pls check the enclosed photo).
Same thing for AC voltage measuring.I updated the firmware, yet the problem persists.
Can you please help to fix this issue
