Dear Sirs
When I try to connect my DSO4204C to PC with Windows 8 OS through USB port and, after, try to start DSO4000C software (ver. 1.0.0.2), software frecuently connecting and disconnecting to oscilloscope. Sometimes, connection is established for 30 seconds - 1 minute (not longer) and after connect is lost. Message "The device is not connected" present on screen.
What I doing not correct?

Just for information: I tried to install new driver, without of success:  this driver is not compatible with Windows 8, only for Windows 10.
The problem was resolved when I exchanged USB cable by new one, with more quality.
Any way, thank you for your support.
