Driver problem

Dear,

I have an issue with your Hantek6254BC oscilloscope.
After the driver is installed and when i connect the oscilloscope to my pc i get blue screen when the driver is installing.
When the computer starts up i can't connect oscilloscope with application.

I have tried setting up virtual machine with windows xp,7,10 but it did not work and i have had the same problem on all machines.

Can you help me resolve this issue?
