I am sorry to see that I do not get any feedback from you, at least you could tell that "This is not part of your program" or "We are upgrating the user software to the 6000 series". It is always good to get a feedback.
Have you thought of making a software upgrate? I can see that some people interested in your product has tried to upgrate the software.
