I have just received oscilloscope through Amazon Australia serial No.
T 1G/138 030403.
It works in Auto, I can display sine wave, but I cannot get any of the rotatory controls to work. I have read through the instruction manual and tried everything I can think of but no good.
Before I send it back, can you please suggest any thing I can do, perhaps they are disabled by something I can easily fix?

The keyboard should be fault. Please contact your seller to get a new keyboad.
