Title: Hantek 6022BE - Shorted Diode D1
Hello
I somehow damaged my Hantek 6022BE. When i connect it to my computer, the computer switches off.
This must be a short circuit somewhere, correct?
I measured the D1 and it is shorted. Also, pins 1 and 3 of AMS1117 are shorted. the USB pins and the BNC connector are OK, they are not shorted.
if I remove the D1 diode, the short is gone.
so i suspect that this diode is shorted and I have to replce it. can you please tell me the diode type and code?

is there anything else I can check?

thank you

Hello

I have checked. There is NO short between the 4 pins.

The model of the D1 is ZMM6V2.
If you can find it, please replace it and check whether there is short circuit between the four pins of the USB cable again.

thank you!
if I cannot find the smd model, is it ok to use a normal 6.2V Zener?

Sir, You can replace the normal Zener with same function to try.
