Dear sir,
DMM Mode risistance and capacitance is not working on my new scope DSO8202E. Scope comunication with my pc also the range of risistance and capacitance is wrong in auto and manual mode !
i made a new firmware update from the Hantek site (latest firmware DSO 8202E).
IT displays firmware update failed error OXF9 Existing version is higher than you want to upgrate to ?????
Hantek says its the latest firmware ???

The firmware of your scope is the latest.
Please give us a video of the DMM Mode resistance and capacitance problem.

hi, some foto"s of the DMM Mode problems.

resistance input DMM not connectet ! in auto range mode and  manual mode 3,979 K/Ohm  and not 100 MOhm or higher! also not working.
capacitance input DMM not working!
voltage AC  on pc K/VOLTS, on DMM VOLTS
Current AC on pc  K/AMP ,on  DMM AMPS

Sir, it should be the hardware fault. Please try to contact your seller to return factory for repair.

But the freight from China to you will be more expensive.

I AM HAVING THE SAME PROBLEMS WITH MY 8202E. I THOUUGHT A FIRMWARE UPDATE WOULD FIX THE ISSUES, BUT LIKE YOU MY DSO SAYS THAT THE INSTALLED FIRMWARE IS MORE CURRENT THAN THAT FILE WHICH WAS DOWNLOADED. THE WEBSITE GIVES YOU FIRMWARE FILE 20160612 WHEN YOU DO THE DOWNLOAD. AS THE DSO READS THE FILE DATE AND PERFORMS A DATE VALIDATION ... SEEMS WEIRD / STRANGE THAT IT WOULD THINK ITS FIRMWARE IS MORE CURRENT THAN THE ONE FROM THE WEBSITE. THINK THAT THE OEM NEEDS TO RE-VERIFIY WEBSITE VERSION, BECAUSE HOW CAN DSO HAVE A MORE CURRENT VERSION?
