i even went to your website and downloaded the software and drivers from there but still no good, i also cant change it from Chinese to English, on the bottom left corner it says searching device, can you advice me what i am doing wrong?? have you any set up training videos i could watch, or could it be a faulty unit??

You need to look at the manual and manually load the driver
