Title: DSO 4072C USB Connection Problem
Hello,
I have a new DSO4072C and want to connect it to the computer via USB but even if the computer detects the DSO when I open the DSO4000C software it says "Device is not connected".

I need your help.

If not, please refer to the document to update the driver.

I have the same problem with my DSO4102C.

It is workin with TTScope, but doen;t with keysight SW.

I changed drivers many times - without results.

I use Win7 64 bit

Where the problem is?

Sir, DSO4102C does not support connectivity to Keysight IO software.

DSO4004B/C and DSO3000A support SCPI.
