Title: Problems installing 6022BL on Windows 10
Hi,
I just received the 6022BL Oscilloscope and Logic Analyzer.
I am having issues with it not working. I thought the driver was installed but I’m not sure. I’m using Windows 10. I have gone into the Device Manager and tried to update the driver. With the driver cd in my dvd tray Iead the Device Manager but the installer does not see driver software on the cd. I searched the cd in Windows Explorer but it says the cd is blank.
I then downloaded the driver software from the Hantek website but when I lead the Device Manager to the extracted folder it does not recognize the driver.
Please, how can I get this working?

Problems with HANTEK 6622BL : I've downloaded the drivers above and from the linked page. (date of the pieces: February 25. 2016)
They could be installed, but Win10 BLOCKS them because they were not signed.
deinstalling and reinstalling brings the same result

Connect the device to PC by USB cable, and right click the unknown device in device manager to update the driver manually.

that's what I've done a dozend of times with different downloads of your drivers.
Could it be that the Hantec itself is demadged???

First, press P/H black button on the device. Then right click the unknown device to update.

I'm having the same problem and I can't find any solution to this problem by searching here in the support forum. The above thread is from November and the latest thread I found is from last week... still no solution available??? This is not a good way to support your customers

HELP I am having the same problem. Windows 10 refuses to install the driver.
How do we get this working??
I even tried the suggested workaround about rebooting and allowing unsigned drivers, but even that didn't work.
HELP !!!!

Hi,
I've just receive a Hantek 6022BL, after install software and updated driver on windows 8.1 pro 64bit, it seem work properly well except Ch. coupling . I try to follow instruction on page 28 of user manual, changing DC to AC but it can't be changed (the button displayed gray colour ). please give me some advice.

Sir, the Hantek 6022BL just has DC coupling.

Wow, i just bought an Hantek6022BL, and like all the people on Windows 10 here. mine is not working. The driver didnt even install. And when i do it manually (downloading the one that has been mentionned here by Amy), Windows even said that the driver is not even corresponding to the "unknown device". i hope I will receive a valuable answer from Hantek today. i was in an emergency prototyping and i wanted a fast plug&play oscilloscope. Please make the claim true (it is written on your box).

Amy, i just tried to install on windows 7 too. i have the very same problem. Windows can not install the driver for this product

HI , i need a fast answer on my problem here. and please dont tell me to unsinstall for the thousandth time the driver. It is not installing at all.
I need urgent help.
