Customer consultation

Hello, I'm from Argentina, recently the integrate AWG of my DSO2D10 oscilloscope start failing, even when it's off, if I connect any channel to the generator output I get a -4.24V of DC signal, and if I turn on the generator, nothing change, the output signal never appears although I change the wave form, amplitude or frequency, the oscilloscope continue measuring the -4.24V DC signal.I hope there is a solution for this problem.
Greetings from Argentina.

Check whether the chip is damaged and needs to be replaced according to the following figure. See the picture for the chip model.
