OK, but the new firmware does provide new functionality? in order to upgrade it, is it necessary upgrade the fpga code first?

Hi Amy, I have a question about the firmware. Instead of showing amplitude, can it instead show minimum and maximum? Right now the firmware shows "amplitude = maxiumum - minimum" which is less usefull than just maximum and minimum. Please ask the firmware/software team to look at this.
