Hi, i bought this hantek 1008c a few years ago on ebay, i only set it up a few days ago but i cannot get it to work?
i even went to your website and downloaded the software and drivers from there but still no good, i also cant change it from Chinese to English, on the bottom left corner it says searching device, can you advice me what i am doing wrong?? have you any set up training videos i could watch, or could it be a faulty unit??

And what's your computer os?

You need to look at the manual and manually load the driver

请问产品是什么型号？
是否更新了驱动？如果没有，请参照光盘里的说明书更新驱动。
