DSO3064 VII won't read more than one channel at a time

I have the 4ch 3064, hooked up all 4 channels to spark plug induction adapters and only ch1 showed a signature. I tested all four pickups on ch1 and they check out. At the time of testing I found that I could get a signature on one channel at a time which defeats the purpose of comparing injector, ignition etc signatures on the fly. Is it safe to connect all four channels to the oscilator test out simultaneously?I hope someone can shed some light on this.

Thanks in advance,
Pete

Yes, the 4 channels can test at the same time.

I'll clip them all on and report back. Thanks

From the signal generator I have 4 patterns but ch1 waveform is inverted. I checked the cables and toggled the setting on and off, its no doubt inverted on the board. Why does the dso click into what appears to be a lower voltage scale after a few minutes? The peaks go off the screen and the settings have not changed. I thought it might be a screen saver but it still responds to input. Once I can get a channel to click again it returns to normal for a few more minutes. I have to retest the induction and injector inputs to see if the irregularities are still these as well. Please advise on what you can. Thanks

Sir, sorry I can't understand what you mean, please give me a video to study.
And about the CH1 invert, please measure the probe compensation signal (1KHz/2V, square) by 2 or 3 channels at the same time and give me a screenshot to study.

Ok, I'm using induction clamps on spark plug wires on ch1 ch2. After setting triggers, voltage and time base I get an illegible disastrous signature jumping all over then the scope screen freezes within 1 minute. I can change knob settings but cant move triggers until I remove the usb cable reinsert and restart the program. Ch1 signature is opposite(inverted) from 234 regardless of cable, all from the same internal signal generator. I have pictures but dont see an upload button here, please advise as my new $900 scope is useless for anything but a volt meter at this point. sony vaio windows 7 pro 64 sp1

Sir, please click the paperclipto add the attachment that the size is less than 2M.

Descriptions are the filenames. Is there a more stable software update? Is there a simple test that I could do to verify a clean fast signature on all four channels?
