Issue on 2d72 multimeter

Hello,
I have a recent problem with my 2d72. If i measure for exemple 220Vac of my house voltage, my multimeter show me 130Vac.
I dont know what can i do ( software update or something )
Have you got an idea ?

Please check if there are burnt components in the marked red box on the motherboard.
If so, please take a picture for me.
Hello, 2 week ago i décide to open thé multimeter. I m Electronics technicien too. I found 3 résistor burn ( 46.4K (65C), 1K(01B), 10K(01C)).
I replaced the resistor and now it is work !!!
