New Hantek 1008C problem

The software freezes and my laptop will force shutdown everytime I try to use the unit. What can I do ?

Have you tried changing your computer or uninstalling the software and downloading the software again? Is it the same situation? What is your computer system? If it is a win10 system, you can try to download a new updated driver from the following website.

Hi!
The same problem I have - just purchased 1008C ,tried on 2 computers - one with win7 64bit, another - win10 64bit, the same problem- Hantek software freezes and after few moments I get BSOD (blue screen of death). All drivers are up to date.

Any ideas?

OK, as I see Hantek's support works very well :(

Just update - I connected Hantek 1008C USB cable directly to my PC (usually I connect all Chinese units via USB hub, because I had already burned my PC's USB ports...)and the problem dissapeared.
