DSO1102b

Customer consultation

I have a DSO1102b that no longer turns on. When I press the power button I get a faint beep but nothing else and the screen does not power up at all. Could you please able to offer a repair service or provide repair information for me to fix as I’m a electronics engineer.

Short-circuit the top 3 pins of Q11, then plug in the adapter, and measure the voltage marked in the diagram. Is it normal?
Remove the magnetic beads marked with the red frame. Measure the resistance at both ends of the 1, 2 capacitors, if it is greater than 60Ω, it is normal. After measuring the resistance, you can plug in the adapter and measure whether the voltage of the 2 capacitor is 3.3V. If there is no 3.3V, the basic judgment is that the yellow frame marked chip (TPS54292PWPR) is broken.
The machine's high probability is that TPS54292 is broken, it will cause 3.3V and 5V not to output. There are GDN pads under this chip. You need a hot air gun to blow down this chip, and the soldering iron can't get it off. You can buy this chip by yourself.
