Error All functional value



We have purchased a tool Hantek HT824 from China.
We have tested the tool, the result appears that the tool has an Error All functional value, for example
Function source V.

1.000 V    =    0.937 V
5.000 V    =    4.679 V
10.000 V=   9.365 V

20.000 V=   18.792 V


Function source mV.   Error over accuracy


Function source ohm.Can't Generate


Function source mA.Can't Generate


Function source TC.Error over accuracy

Function source RTD.Can't Generate

（1）如果这台机器刚开始使用的时候是好的，不知道什么愿意突然变的不准确了，这的确是个大问题，需要花时间去确定这个问题。我一直使用的一台机器测试了DCV仍然非常准确。
（2）如果一开始使用就不准，怀疑未校准的可能性较大。需要重新校准，分析了DCV的数据，线性度还是很好的，校准下应该就没问题了。
