2d42 does not turn on with batteries, for USB yes

2d42 arrived with the batteries turned upside down, with the polarity reversed. It does not turn on with batteries, it only turns on with USB cable. It was tested with other batteries and it does not turn on. How can I repair it or how can I get the electrical diagram of the equipment to analyze the board

Please test the voltage of the battery to confirm whether the battery is faulty.

Batteries are fine, 3.8v

Please use the battery forpower, and test whether these voltages are correct.
VBAT: When you power the scope by battery, it should be equal to the battery voltage.
3.3V: When you power the scope by battery or adapter, regardless of whether it is turned on or not, the voltage is always 3.3V.

VUSB: 4.8v- VBAT: 3.7V - 3.3V : 3.1V

Please check whether these two chips are burnt out. If so, please replace them.

It sounds like you're experiencing a frustrating issue with your 2d42 device, especially concerning the reversed battery polarity. Hve u figured out what a problem was? I had such a concern with my Milwaukee battery.

Milwaukee offers a range of batteries with varying voltages to power their tools. As of my last update, some common voltages for Milwaukee batteries include 12V, 18V, and 20V (or 18V/20V Max for some models). However, it's essential to check specific product details or the manufacturer's website for the most current information, as tool and battery specifications can evolve over time. Milwaukee batteries https://www.ukplanettools.co.uk/tool-brands/power-tool-batteries/l/manufacturer:milwaukee/ are known for their longevity, providing consistent power output even during demanding tasks. The RedLithium technology they incorporate ensures extended runtimes and faster charge cycles, which is incredibly beneficial for uninterrupted work sessions.
